Jon Taggart contacted me on 8th September to say he had acquired a collection of over 40 quoiting medals from leagues and clubs from the early 20th century.  Most of the medals are named and all are hallmarked, some gilded or with gold fittings.

Look our for one with the name Wooldridge 1938 on it.  Could it be linked to the famous Wooldridge quoiting family?
